Wills
Nobody likes to think about their death but, if at your death or if you become incapacitated, will your loved ones know what your wishes are?
Below are documents that you can fill out and have them notarized, so that your wishes upon your death or your incapacitation, can be know to all. There are 5 different documents, so please make sure you download all of them.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING AND FILLING OUT THE DOCUMENTS:
- Click on the link(s) below. When the file opens up, go the the menu tab :File", go to "Save As", save the file as a Word.doc on your desktop.
- Then open the document up in Microsoft Word.
- When the document opens up, you will see text in RED font . You will replace the RED text, with what the text instructs you to.
- In order to do this: Highlight the RED text and replace it with what the RED text tells you to replace it with.
- Make sure that you change the text back to black when you are through.
- For example "YOUR FULL NAME HERE", highlight the text and type in your full name, then change the text to black.
- Make sure that you use the proper "Daughter, Son, He or She, Married or Unmarried etc.
